This notice affirms that all lawful rights to commercial use of the “Bitch Be Gone – Don’t Try Me Spray” tumbler design line are retained and managed by GraphicsPig LLC, and that such usage is authorized under the terms set forth in the original approval dated October 7, 2023. Said authorization includes—but is not limited to—the right to reproduce and apply the registered artwork on physical merchandise for resale, provided the digital files themselves are not resold or redistributed.

The referenced intellectual property is protected under: • U.S. Copyright Registration No. 1-12902431381 • U.S. Trademark Serial Nos. 98213634 and 98233032

The original designs were created in June 2021 by GraphicsPig LLC, and have been licensed commercially via digital marketplaces and authorized vendors.

A formal copy of the original authorization is on file with MidniteRodeo Designs, LLC and is available upon request for verification or legal reference. Any claims of authorship or ownership inconsistent with the records listed above are considered unauthorized and without merit.
